It opened in 1993, and is well known nationally and internationally. This place had been designed by the legendary Peter Thomson, and his partner Mike Wolveridge.

The Hope Island Golf Teaching Academy is known for its innovative teaching, which caters to all ages. You should book early to enjoy.

Though these two famous golf courses are quite impressive, there are many more around within easy reach of Chevron Towers Resort. After a long day playing or learning to play golf, it is nice to return to Chevron Towers Resort where you can relax in your apartment, in one of the spa pools or unwind in the private theatre with a good movie.

When planning to fly into the Gold Coast and staying at Chevron Towers Resort it is advisable to reserve online and coordinate your arrival way ahead of time. If you have friends or relatives coming in earlier, it’s good to have them check your reservations again. The reservation staff at Chevron apartments are efficient, but if you want to be really sure, especially during peak season, there’s no harm in asking.

Most people fly to the Gold Coast arriving at Coolangatta Airport located at the southern end of the Gold Coast. There is a lot of traffic here, especially during the holidays. So if you want to enjoy your flights coming to Chevron, it is best to be prepared.

There are two major airways flying in to Gold Coast, Virgin Blue and Qantas. If you want to save in airfare, you can choose Virgin Blue. It doesn’t have the perks of Qantas so, you better be prepared with your sweater and woolen socks, to have that joy flight coming in Gold Coast.

You can also book at one of the many other airlines flying into Coolangatta airport. There are Australian domestic airlines like the Tiger Airways, Jetstar and Pacific Blue. If you are flying in from Southeast Asia, there are also flights straight to Gold Coast with Thai Airways and Malaysian Airlines. Air New Zealand is the airline who has flights straight to the Gold Coast from New Zealand.

The airport has undergone major repairs and it is now functioning well so you can enjoy real stress free vacationing in the Gold Coast. After arriving in Gold Coast, there is transportation available going straight to your reserved Chevron apartment including public transport or booked transportation. When you are staying at Chevron Towers Resort there are lots of places to dine out.  If you are the type who would want to taste authentic Australian cuisine, why not dine out at Chevron Towers Resort at the BBQ area. Stock up on some groceries and have a turn at cooking your own barbecue overlooking the lagoon pools and tropical gardens at Chevron Towers Resort.

Now if you like to go shopping such as in Cavill Avenue Mall, Pacific Fair shopping mall or at Robina Town Centre, and end up really hungry, most have food halls or a choice of cafes and formal dining restaurants. You might also come across some fast food chains, if you like that sort of food.
