Our summer holiday at Chevron Towers Resort
Once in a while, we need to loosen up a bit and find someone or some people to go and have fun with. Thank goodness there are our friends.
My friends and I have been stuck together like glue since High School, and we haven’t been pulled apart yet. Now that we’re far away from High School and are now all working professionals, we earn fairly enough to sustain us for a living, and we never forget one tradition – to get together for a summer weekend holiday at the beach.
This year we decided to head to where the waves and beaches are inviting – the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. We learned over the net of Chevron Towers Resort that offers fairly priced apartments and we never hesitated to try out the place.
Have you ever been in a high class resort without that over-extravagant and overwhelming expensive air of a classy elite hotel? Well, that’s what we felt in Chevron. I call it elegance.
We settled in to our fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment overlooking a spectacular view of the beaches and buildings and hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast. Being stuck in our work areas facing only the panels of your cubicle has been our daily routine, and so for me and my friends, the experience of lodging at Chevron was awesome.
We soon discovered that there was more than enough to entertain us at Chevron Towers Resort, and this we discovered as we hopped from the outdoor pool, to the barbecue area, to the spa, to the gym, to the indoor pool and to the countless other surprises the resort has.
And so, with such an unforgettable holiday, my friends and I made another vow, that is, that we won’t settle for less on our next summer holiday, than what Chevron Towers Resort offered us on our Gold Coast getaway.
