Golf in the Gold Coast

There are a lot of things that you can do in Australia, especially if you are visiting the Gold Coast for a holiday. You can decide if you want to try out extreme sports, maybe sight seeing or just relax. One of the most popular activities and sports which the Gold Coast is well known for, is surfing.

If you are one of those people who either have a phobia of water, or maybe just don’t like the ocean that much, there are still plenty of activities for you. A popular activity on the Gold Coast where you don’t have to go near the water but can still be active and enjoy the Gold Coast’s beautiful scenery, is golf. If you are staying at Chevron Towers Resort there are many surrounding golf courses to choose from only a short drive away.

Many people have tried golfing, and we often hear them say that it is hard, but really addictive and fun. Maybe you have thought while reading this, “why would I want to play golf in Australia?”

Other than that, it is considered one of the best golfing areas because of its unique and internationally inspired layouts. An example of these amazing courses is Robina Woods golf course, which happens to be also a resort. 65 hectares of this whole resort has been carved into a colossal golf course. For the beginners, lessons are also provided by specially trained golfers who will coach you. They will teach you the techniques on how to play golf professionally while having fun.
