Shops, markets, malls and more, close to Chevron Towers Resort
I had a grand time shopping at Surfers Paradise, and here are some tips based on my personal experience:
There are a lot of things to do at Surfers Paradise. Aside from usual surfing, swimming, sun-bathing and water sports; another good way to enjoy the place is by shopping. If you want to complete your ultimate holiday experience at Surfers Paradise, I recommend that you always save at least a day dedicated for shopping or market and mall hopping. Surfers Paradise has an array of stalls, markets, and malls scattered all over the place. You will definitely enjoy the blazing sun while you are busy shopping or maybe bargaining.
From Chevron Towers Resort, with its strategic location, it’s just a few minutes away to the shopping arcades. You can start at the Beachfront Markets along the Esplanade which is situated between Elkhorn Avenue and View Street. There are a lot of stalls here that offers a wide variety of products and services from fashionable clothes and accessories, jewelleries to paintings, health and beauty products, as well as home furnishings. The Beachfront Markets is located alongside the beachfront and is the perfect way of enjoying the beach while shopping.
Then you can make your way to Centro Surfers Paradise, the biggest shopping complex in Surfers Paradise. There are about a hundred specialty stores to choose from together with restaurants, a supermarket and amusement grounds. Your whole family will absolutely enjoy the amenities here like the bowling area and the Australian Shooting Academy. If you’re still up for more shopping, then you can visit the nearby Cavill Mall or the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in Broadbeach, which offers great deals and bargains.
After an exhausting yet fun day of shopping and mall hopping, you can make your way back to your Surfers Paradise accommodation at Chevron Towers Resort. Relax and enjoy the Surfers Paradise views.
